1. Payment you will do for membership between 10 Oct '23 to 10 May'24 will only be active till 25 Oct'25.
2. Acc to (1), your membership will only be valid till 25 Oct'25. After that, you need to buy our membership again.
3. Payment/membership is not refundable/cancelable.
4. Only make payment on our official website and the official QR shown in the form.
For XTAVERSE PLUS members:
This membership is free of cost. So, there is no policy needed.
For XTAVERSE AIDE members:
1. This membership is a donation/contribution type membership.
2. Payment/membership is not refundable/cancelable.
3. Only make payment on our official website and the official QR shown in the form.
Note: We have the right to change this policy without informing anyone.
